UPL8.TV is one of those websites that you could see a room full of red-eyed adolescents zoning out on the feed and slapping the spacebar occasionally.. You go to the site, and you get a quick little video demo that basically says, “Welcome to blah blah if it gets boring hits the space blah blahh” and so there you go.

You just tune in and it starts playing random short videos that other people have submitted, and it is usually pretty WTF after the first few of them. There is just no explaining why some people make some of these videos. If you are up late, with the munchies, this site will always hit the button for you. I guarantee it.
