    Statista Chart Of The Day -- Google

    This infographic, courtesy of Statista, has been released as part of their daily, creative-commons, statistics giveaway from humble bloggers such as myself who embrace the entire #free lifestyle.

    It shows the broad strides that Google has made in the tech world. Let’s see if we can tell by the stats what events were taking place at that time.  That big dip around 2007-2008 is obviously the economic crash, but what could that spike be right before it? Is that Gmail? Youtube? Ill look into it and get back to you guys.

    UPDATE: I guess I spoke too soon, as I was researching the dips in the graph, I came across this little juicy bit about a 4% stock price loss on news about Google’s new stock split.
